Brief
Upon instruction in March 2017, 3 key objectives were identified:
Maximise Landlord commercialisation revenue
Deliver an uplift in the quality of mall activity in keeping with the ongoing development of the scheme
Free up the on-site management team`s time to focus on core functions by offering a full service package
Approach
After extensively evaluating the centre`s potential, local market and historical bookings:
Simplified the commercialisation booking process to ease the burden on the Centre Management and maximise revenue from each enquiry
Identified areas where the centre was undervalued and marketed the scheme to our industry contacts including National agencies, preferred suppliers and independent operators
Worked in close partnership with the Landlord and CM during the centre development.
Outcome
Achieved a 40% uplift in Landlord income Year on Year
Delivered a broad mix of new promoters, including 2 new bespoke kiosks, to the scheme adding more vibrancy and customer engagement to the mall
