Tim spent three and a half years as an account director working on a portfolio of 10 Shopping Centres. Prior to that he spent four years in outdoor advertising as Business Development Manager for outdoor giants Clear Channel, delivering prime advertising sites within UK shopping malls. Tim was also new business development manager for six years at niche media company, Boomerang, where he managed Experiential Marketing, delivering campaigns for premium brands such as Chanel, Nike, Lucozade and ITV.
Michael King - Director & Founder
In his previous role, Michael managed over 50 retail parks in partnership with Hammerson, M&G and London Metric. Throughout these four and a half years, he was responsible for all aspects of commercialisation. During this period he was also responsible for a portfolio of 7 centres. Before this Michael worked for one of the UK`s largest Agencies – Space & People – where he successfully established external commercialisation as a key income driver within the company. Prior to this, he spent several years in various Business Development roles following the completion of a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree.
